my terms whether or not you have read them. By purchasing my designs, You are granted a nonexclusive, non-transferable "license to use"
my graphics and designed sets.
You May:
Use your purchased graphics/designed sets for personal or commercial use on hand finished printed and personalized items.
You May NOT:
You May NOT: USE MY GRAPHICS / TEMPLATES ON ITEMS YOU MAKE ON YOUR COMPUTER AND SELL IN DIGITAL FORM ON LINE. NO
DIGITAL MEDIUM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
"This means that you can not create things such as DIGITAL candywrapper templates that you then sell ONLINE to candy wrappers so they
can print them out and wrap candy with them. You CAN create candy wrappers for your own candy wrapping business and sell the wrappers
ALREADY PRINTED. You can either sell them by themselves, or wrapped on different favors to fill your candy and favor orders. I sell a great
deal of my graphics to the candy wrapping community."
You May NOT: Alter my graphics/designed sets in any way except to add personalization. This includes (but is not limited to) cropping,
resizing, and recoloring.
You May NOT: Offer my graphics/designed sets on your website as a download.
You May NOT: Include my graphics/designed sets in any CD collection
You May NOT: Share your purchased graphics/designed set files, sell the files, give them as a gift, or give away in ANY form to someone else.
You May NOT: Claim my graphics/designed sets as your own.

There will be no refunds offered on downloadable sets. Please consider this carefully before you buy. If you have any problems with my
products, I will happily work with you to resolve any issues. By purchasing my products, you agree that you understand that your delivery will
be accomplished through online downloads. Under no circumstances will you be shipped a hard copy.
